Southwestern Illinois College’s Electrician program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in the industrial electricity field. The program culminates in an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree, providing a strong foundation for various roles. Students will gain hands-on experience and theoretical understanding, preparing them for positions such as Industrial Electricians, Industrial Maintenance Electricians, and Field Service Technicians.
